AO3 Solutions, LLC was founded in 2017. Tom Baird, founder and President, has been in the environmental service industry for over 30 years.
This company was created by bringing together Tom's experience and passion for a cleaner Earth with innovative products and services. AO3 was developed with a simple mission: provide sustainable solutions that protect people and brands, as well as to supply environmentally sound products and services that safeguard the environment.
AO3 will help guide your business and work tirelessly to develop customized solutions to optimize your company's performance. AO3 utilized the wet well wizard to remove algae and manganese from drinking water. AO3 also treats sewage lagoons to improve discharge quality and reduce sludge.
While AO3 performs tons of work, our main mission is to reduce cost, human exposure and risk, chemical usage, and most importantly the carbon footprint of large water treatment and usage systems.

TOM BAIRD
President & Founder
Tom Baird is the driving force behind developing solutions and ideas for all business sectors. He joined the United States Marine Corps in 1983 and climbed the ranks to Sergeant. The USMC strengthened Tom's commitment to God, Country, and Family. While living in Colorado Tom worked as a hunting and fishing guide which is where his cultivation of passion for the outdoors truly began. After marrying his wife, Crystal, and starting a family, Tom began a sales position with Diversified Distributors, launching his career and dedication to the environmental services. As a solutions-oriented professional with 30 years of industrial and environmental experience throughout North America, Tom is an invaluable resource to customers and colleagues.
CONNOR MCCLAIN
Business Development
Connor develops and manages accounts in Northwest Arkansas, Southern Missouri, and Oklahoma. As a recent graduate of University of Central Arkansas with a background in telecommunications, Connor brings fresh ideas and concepts to the table. After pitching five successful years with his collegiate baseball team, Connor was awarded the team word of "optimist" during his senior season of baseball and continues to demonstrate that quality throughout his work at AO3 Solutions. He demonstrates steadfast work ethic to his team and customers.
EMILY MCCLAIN
Marketing and Communications
Emily serves as our Marketing and Communications Manager and is an essential resource to the customer. While behind the scenes, she ensures the smooth operation of our company. With a Master's in Communication Sciences and Disorders, her passion for connecting people and companies is evident in her performance in provide a quick, thorough solutions to customers and team members. Emily also works part-time as a Speech-Language Pathologist and considers herself as an advocate for all things related to life. Due to Emily's strong background in science and biology, she finds her work at AO3 brings her loves of people, animals, and the planet full circle.
